To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. However, if exceptional circumstances arise, we may offer the opportunity to transfer the deposit to a future booking, at our discretion. We recommend providing as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule, to avoid any loss of deposit.

You MUST arrive on time  anymore than 10-15 mins late will
